I used Dunrite to complete my pool surrounds. It was a complex job where machine access was not possible, so hand digging was nessesary. I was also very particular about the falls required, isolation points and a retainer wall needed to be replaced. I found Dunrite to have a "can-do" attitude towards all this work. We had Dunrite Concreting come out to provide a quote, however the experience was extremely disappointing. Rory Daniels was rude and arrogant throughout the visit and appeared disengaged, spending a significant amount of time on his phone rather than discussing the job. He did not seem knowledgeable about the work required and was clearly in a rush to leave. The overall interaction felt unprofessional, and we did not feel listened to or taken seriously. Exceptional Service and Quality Work – Highly Recommend Dunrite Concreting! A huge thank you to Rory and his team at Dunrite Concreting—I’m absolutely thrilled with my new carport slab! From the very first phone call with Nikki through to completion, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and stress-free. Unlike many competitors Rory visited within a week of my initial enquiry, and to my surprise, I received a detailed written quote within just 30 minutes of his visit. The quote clearly outlined all aspects of the job, and Dunrite’s pricing was impressively competitive—especially compared to many other companies I approached. Once I accepted the quote, Nikki was incredibly accommodating, working hard to schedule the job on a day that suited me. She was also wonderfully patient and helpful while I (very indecisively!) worked through colour choices—her guidance really made that process so much easier. Rory’s team were punctual, professional, and efficient—they had the excavation, formwork and drainage done in just a few hours. The concreting itself was completed and sealed to perfection, and I couldn’t be happier with the result and my drainage issues have been resolved! Yay!!! 🙂🙂🙂 I was so impressed that I had the team return to acid wash and re-seal my existing driveway, which has completely refreshed the entire frontage of my home.
